When you are the crown princess of the oldest monarchy in the world, you are by default under the media eyes and the people’s attention.
Each time you are out in the public, there will be a great deal of attention on your persona. People will watch your every move and there will be a lot of comments regarding the way you walk, talk, behave and you wear.
There will be fans and there will be enemies, or people that will not like you and will not be in accord with one single thing that you do.
What bothers me about this type of persons is that they prefer to focus on the person under the media attention, instead of the event.
No matter how good the cause that one can try to put a light onto, people will rather try and criticize instead of discussing the benefits of having a crown princess in this case, associated with a lovely cause!
Now, that that this has been said, let us proceed to the fashion part of the business!
How do you dress when you are a crown princess? What are the factors that will influence the decisions on the clothes that have to worn for a specific occasion? What kind of makeup should be applied? What is the wrong way to dress for a specific occasion and what is the correct one? How long will a certain event be? Where will the event be? Will it be during day time or during the night? Will it be a happy occasion or will it be a sad one? The questions can continue so I can imagine that finding the perfect outfit for an event can be a lot of work?
I remember reading an article a few years back, in witch the Crown Princesse’s stylist was talking about this entire process. The fact that they start from the type of event that it will be, they try to find an outfit first and then they move on to the hairstyle that will be appropriate for both the occasion and for the outfit and at the end comes the makeup. The fact that the princess has a lot of intake in this whole process and that the stylists do not do this types of things just by themselves.
Also, for the days that the hairstylist will not be available, the princess will take care of the whole preparation process by herself. He has teached her over the years some tricks that are really handy and really useful.
But no matter how they get to the end results, the appearances are fantastic.
She has managed to be called the best dressed royal many years and I tend to agree with that.
She has a great style and the clothes fit perfectly her persona. She has a preference for designers like Prada, Oscar de la Renta, Malene Birger and Christian Louboutin.
The color scheme is diverse and the hem line is usually at knee level. She also uses a lot of gala dresses and the style can be diverse but always really elegant and fit for the occasion. She does not stray away from pant suits or skirt suits. She likes bold colors and prints and also, those preference can be seen in the shoe department. She has a great collection of coats, colored gloves and purses.
She has a dream closet and it is always a pleasure to see what she will wear at an event.
